Video Replay plays your camera back on a delay — up to four panels, each on its own delay — so you can walk back, look at the screen, and see the rep you just did. No one has to stand there filming you, and nothing leaves this computer unless you choose to send it.
Webcams, dedicated USB cameras and cheap UVC cameras all work — the app probes what's plugged in and picks the best pipeline for your hardware.
